Developing Young Volleyballers

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our volleyball program.

Job Description:

Lead Coach: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training sessions for students of all skill levels. This will involve instructing players in proper volleyball techniques, providing constructive feedback and analysis to help them achieve their goals, and designing engaging training sessions that cater to the needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver effective training sessions that cater to the needs of each student.
  • Provide high-quality coaching and instruction to ensure students improve their skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and adjust training sessions accordingly.
  • Maintain open communication with students, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Coaching accreditation or qualification (desirable).
  • Experience working with children and adolescents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
