About the Role:
This Health, Safety and Compliance Specialist role will be based in our Adelaide Street office in Brisbane CBD. You will report to the HESQ Manager and be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and controlling all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) documentation, including policies, procedures, and training records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Implement and manage the document control system to ensure all HSE documentation is up-to-date, accurately labelled, and easily accessible to authorized personnel.
- Compliance Tracking: Monitor and track compliance with HSE documentation requirements, conducting regular reviews and audits to maintain alignment with industry and regulatory standards.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HSE team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with audits or inspections as required.
- Communication: Liaise with different departments to distribute HSE documents, updates, and notifications, ensuring that all relevant personnel are informed and trained on the latest procedures.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and training sessions, ensuring timely updates and availability for audits or management review.
