
Port Asset Specialist

The role of the Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist is to support the delivery of planned and corrective repair and maintenance activities across a diverse range of port assets.
- You will be responsible for managing repair and maintenance activities, undertaking quality inspections, and ensuring that work is completed safely, effectively, and to the required quality.
- Experience in managing contractors and work orders is essential, as well as proficiency in enterprise asset management systems (EAMS).
- A solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations is necessary, along with the ability to role model and promote a Safety First health and safety culture.
- Customer centricity and effective communication are key skills, as you will interact with internal stakeholders, external customers, tenants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to manage competing demands are also crucial.
