Document Control Specialist

At Lendlease, we are seeking a skilled Document Control Specialist to join our construction team. This role will support the Frankston Hospital redevelopment, managing the document control process including all design documents, commissioning and finalisation documents. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing responses and reporting on all design package comments responses. Key responsibilities include:

Undertake Power BI reporting of documentation and state comments
Overall Aconex project administrator
Manage document distribution to subcontractors
Maintain document protocols and procedures
Prepare and present reports on status of approved documents, state comments, defects, RFIs, completion documents, sample approvals
Lead the establishment of document naming for project completion, commissioning and handover documentation
Liaise with project stakeholders, subcontractors, consultants and project team

The ideal candidate will have computer literacy in Power BI, Microsoft Windows suite and Aconex. Knowledge of document control systems and processes is also essential.
