Job Description

This is a temporary assignment as a Program Support Officer to join the growing team in Parramatta. Once training is completed, you will have flexibility to work remotely from home.

You will be working within the Portfolio Management Assets Directorate, providing executive, business and project support to achieve organisational objectives.

The role involves delivering professional customer service, managing projects, undertaking research, generating routine reports, preparing project documentation, tracking and evaluating program performance, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and managing registers.

You will also establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, facilitating cohesion, partnerships, collaboration and contribution of ideas.

Additionally, you will act as the conduit to ensure effective interface and implementation, and support the project team with ad-hoc tasks and implementation of project plans.

  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
Requirements
  • Demonstrated Project, Programs or Business Support experience
  • Secretariat experience
  • Infrastructure, Construction, Assets, Maintenance or Public Sector industry experience advantageous
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
  • Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
