Job DescriptionThe Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with customers and executing effective sales strategies within their territory.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for Off Trade accounts within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to expand the presence of Campari brands.
- Implement the Perfect Store strategy, maximizing brand visibility and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales and distribution targets, tasks, objectives, and revenue goals in the assigned territory.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including securing new accounts and optimizing existing ones.
- Develop and implement brand strategies and campaigns aligned with national and state-level plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG or liquor/beverage industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Off Trade dynamics and customer marketing principles.
Benefits and Other Requirements
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- Degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid Driver's License.
