Job Title

We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead our power generation projects.

This role will involve collaboration with multiple disciplines, project management, and mechanical engineering support for both technical and contractual aspects of the project.

  • The successful candidate will have extensive experience in utility-scale power generation systems and equipment.
Responsibilities

This position will involve:

  • Leading the project mechanical team.
  • Coordinating with other engineering disciplines.
  • Monitoring and communicating project status.
  • Providing mechanical engineering support for detailed design and owner's engineer projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Professional Engineers (PE or P.Eng) license.
  • Extensive experience in project execution within the Power Market Sector.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office as well as standard Power Market Sector design software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in power generation design.
  • Gas turbine, steam turbine, and/or large reciprocating engine experience or subject matter expertise.
  • Design experience with simple cycle and combined cycle power generation.
