Chief Power Generation Specialist

- Support power generation and distribution projects, including renewable energy and BESS.
- Lead design and engineering tasks, including system protection, motor control, and power system studies.
- Mentor junior engineers, develop client relationships, and support marketing activities such as proposals and project planning.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in project meetings and site visits.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of electrical design experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Protection and control design experience, including setting calculations.
- Experience with instrumentation, controls, and field startup/commissioning.
- Knowledge of renewable energy projects (PV, BESS, microgrids).
- Proficiency with electrical design software (ETAP, SKM, EasyPower, etc.) and AutoCAD.
