Lead Electrical Power Engineer

We seek a seasoned Electrical Power Engineer to lead teams for power generation design projects. This position involves supporting traditional Owner's Engineering roles, mentoring junior engineers, and managing client relationships.

Main Responsibilities
  • Direct the development of power generation design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor junior electrical engineers and manage client expectations through excellent communication skills.
  • Contribute to the design of power generation and distribution systems, including protection and motor control systems.
  • Develop engineering specifications and collaborate with project managers on project reviews as needed.

A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program is required, with at least 15 years of experience in electrical power generation design.
