Role Overview

This role is responsible for providing strong leadership and direction to the payroll and reporting teams, ensuring that clear objectives, performance measures, and targets are in place to guide their work. You will be expected to facilitate feedback and collaboration across the HR team and key stakeholders to ensure remuneration and payroll services are aligned and effective in meeting business needs.

About the Job

The Remuneration and Reporting Manager will play a critical role in ensuring compliance across all elements of taxation, superannuation, Award compliance, and contractual obligations. You will identify opportunities to develop, implement, and ensure the consistent application of management controls, as well as streamline, simplify, and improve functionality for the HR team, leaders, and team members.

You will also be responsible for drawing on data analysis and statistics to lead remuneration and reporting system optimisation, ensuring reporting requirements are delivered to the required standard and delivery timeframes.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need qualifications in Business, Human Resources, or project management, as well as experience in HR processes and procedure development. Your ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a high-volume and fast-paced environment will be essential, along with a proactive, solutions-focused, and flexible approach.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. This includes a base salary of around $110,000, plus superannuation and other benefits.
