About the Role
As a Strategic Business Process Optimizer, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop effective solutions that uplift team capabilities. Some key accountabilities include:
- Leading investigative work to determine business requirements and specify effective business processes through improvements in information systems, information management, practices, procedures, and organisational change.
- Applying and monitoring the use of required modelling and analysis tools, methods, and standards, giving special consideration to business perspectives.
- Providing guidance and sharing expertise with other analysts to ensure quality is maintained.
- Ensuring user stories are at a good enough quality to be Independent, Negotiable, Valuable, Estimable, Sized Appropriately, Testable (INVEST principle).
About You and Your Skills
Suitable candidates will have:
- 5+ years' experience supporting digital channels in large, complex organisations requiring stakeholder management.
- Significant experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Experience working in a retail environment is mandatory.
- A logical approach to problem-solving and the ability to constructively propose and review solutions.
- Proven experience gathering, eliciting, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to analyse and explain complex digital systems and concepts in accessible language.
