Job Title: Enterprise Agency Development Manager

 

About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and skilled professional to lead our agency development efforts.

This role will involve sourcing high-value agency partnerships across ANZ and leading outreach and relationship development through to long-term success.

  • Leading strategic partner engagement plans, including onboarding, enablement, and regular value-led touchpoints.
  • Driving partner-sourced growth by generating and converting pipeline in collaboration with Sales.
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, panels, and agency gatherings to build visibility, influence, and brand credibility.
  • Negotiating and crafting bespoke commercial partnerships with agency partners rooted in shared commercial value and a sense of joy and long-term partnership.
  • Championing the voice of the agency partner internally, influencing roadmap and cross-functional priorities.
  • Collaborating with Product, Customer, and Marketing teams to co-create content, campaigns, and programming.
  • Establishing and driving key performance indicators and metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of partnership efforts and performance, as well as deploying tactics to reach key metrics.
  • Constantly looking for new ideas and scalable ways to deepen impact across the agency ecosystem.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to think strategically and drive results-oriented initiatives.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
