We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Heavy Industry Maintenance Specialist to join our growing service department in Newcastle.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services to our customers' equipment in the Newcastle and Hunter Regions.

You will work alongside a talented team who prioritize safety and customer satisfaction, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and professional.

This role would suit someone with a strong commitment to quality service delivery, a proactive approach to finding solutions, and a passion for continuous improvement.

About You

We are looking for an individual with the following qualities:

  • Qualifications: Minimum Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent discipline.
  • Experience & Skillset: Heavy Diesel mechanics and field service fitters with demonstrated OEM equipment experience, particularly in excavator diagnosis.
  • Customer Focus: Initiative to plan work efficiently, understand customer needs, and deliver quality outcomes ensuring Total Customer Satisfaction.
