We are seeking an experienced Heavy Industry Operator to join our team at Programmed, working in a rotational shift environment.

As a Heavy Industry Operator with us, you will be rewarded with:

Competitive Salary

$50.63 per hour for a flat rate, ensuring your earnings remain consistent regardless of the shift duration.

This salary is based on industry standards and takes into account the location and requirements of the role.

In addition to your hourly rate, you will also receive superannuation on all rostered hours, providing a secure financial future.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience working in trades, heavy industry, civil, agriculture, or defense, with a focus on vehicle interaction.

You will possess a safe work ethic, be committed to training, and have a current driver's license (P2) with a good RMS driving record.

A strong referee network is essential, as well as a local residential address within 80 kilometers of Mt Arthur Coal.

We require applicants to pass a full Order 43 Coal Services Health medical and D&A Test before commencing employment.
