We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager - Property Buying. In this role, you will be responsible for converting leads into paying clients by effectively communicating our value proposition, addressing client concerns, and guiding them through the sales process.
Your primary objective is to drive commitment by securing upfront payments, ensuring clients move forward confidently with our services.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in sales and real estate, be skilled in objection handling and negotiation.
- Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their property goals, challenges, and investment strategies.
- Convert leads into paying customers by effectively presenting the value of our services and securing commitment through upfront payments.
- Manage client objections confidently and provide tailored solutions to help them take the next step.
- Conduct discovery calls, video consultations, and follow-ups to build rapport and maintain client engagement until closing.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, mortgage broking, financial services, or high-ticket sales.
- Strong ability to close sales and handle objections, with a consultative and customer-first approach.
- Knowledge of the Australian property market, investment principles, and buyer's agent services.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, thriving in a target-based environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus) and other sales technology.
