Global Corporate Actions Specialist

This role involves the management of corporate action events across global markets, requiring a strong understanding of financial markets and the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
Main Responsibilities:- Process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions in line with market deadlines and internal controls.
- Identify discrepancies or risks in event processing and escalate them promptly.
- Collaborate with custodians, portfolio managers, and internal teams to resolve queries and ensure seamless execution.
- Partner with global peers to align on best practices and support cross-regional initiatives.
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in corporate actions, preferably in a global context.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Python, and have experience working with platforms such as IMActions, Markit, or Aladdin. They will also be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
