**Job Title:** Corporate Action Specialist

 

The Asset Control team is looking for a valued professional to join their team. As a key player, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of corporate actions across domestic and international markets.

You will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure client holdings are accurately reflected in relevant systems. Your tasks will include processing transfers, conversions, and other sponsorship-related requests, as well as managed fund applications, redemptions, switches, and reconciliations.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the corporate action process, including rights, bonuses, dividends, takeovers, etc., for both nabtrade and Equity Lending business.
  • Process Sponsorship related tasks, including off-market transfers, broker-to-broker transfers, issuer-to-CHESS transfers/conversions, deceased estate transfers, and other ad-hoc related CHESS tasks.
  • Process Managed Fund Applications, Redemptions, Switches, and Transfer requests on behalf of our Equity Lending business.
  • Ensure all service level agreements are met in line with internal policy and Regulatory requirements.
  • Complete Reconciliations across all relevant systems.
