Responsibilities include conducting client meetings, roadshows, and other engagement activities to foster strong relationships and understand client needs. The role also requires travel to various locations as needed to represent the company and leverage internal relationships to identify potential opportunities.

The successful candidate will have experience in relationship-style account management, with a strong focus on growth, sales, and customer retention. They will be proactive, with the ability to provide innovative solutions and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement activities.
  • External Clients: Travel to various locations to represent the company and build relationships with external clients.
  • Internal Relationships: Leverage internal relationships to identify potential opportunities and grow the business.
  • Growth: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, upsell products and services, and explore staffing opportunities in other departments.
  • Retention: Minimise client turnover by providing exceptional service and support.
Requirements
  • Client Relationship Management: 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management.
  • Account Management: Proven experience in account management, with a strong focus on growth and sales.
  • Travel: Ability to travel locally and internationally as required.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Sales: Aptitude for generating sales among client accounts.
