Account Management Opportunity

As a client-focused professional, you will oversee multiple client accounts from concept to launch and beyond.

This is not a traditional sales role. It's about partnership, problem-solving, and delivering on ambitious ideas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients in the application development sector
  • Serve as the main point of contact, building long-term relationships based on trust and delivery
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure technical solutions match client goals
  • Identify and resolve risks or issues to keep projects moving forward
  • Provide regular updates and facilitate stage reviews with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to suggest enhancements, future versions, and growth opportunities
  • Act as a client advocate while balancing delivery timelines and resources
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or project ownership in a technology environment
  • Strong understanding of digital projects and technology concepts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects at the same time
  • Commercially aware, proactive, and solutions-oriented
