Proven experience in designing and delivering organisational development programs and initiatives.">Prior experience in a complex organisation within OD, leadership/talent management, learning or culture.">Strong ability to solve problems and come up with solutions.">Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.">Intermediate MS Office skills.">Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.">Tertiary qualification/s in HR/OD/Organisational Psychology or related discipline is desired.">Previous experience supporting with the design and delivery of leadership development and talent programs.">Program/project management.">Events management.">Communications support.">">
