Empowerment through learning is a key focus for our organisation, as we continue to shape the future of talent and leadership.

We are seeking an expert in leadership development to join our team and help us deliver impactful leadership programs and build capability. As a Learning Advisor, you will empower our leaders through innovative leadership solutions, using adult learning principles and a variety of instructional techniques.

You will partner with vendors to ensure leadership programs align with our strategy, managing schedules, communications, and reporting metrics. You will also design and deliver engaging and professional leadership learning experiences, and monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvements to enhance participation, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with vendors to manage vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives
  2. Design and deliver impactful leadership learning experiences that meet business needs
  3. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement
  4. Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement leadership strategies and insights on emerging trends
  5. Support the development of our organisational capabilities and employee growth opportunities

Requirements:

  1. Tertiary qualifications in Learning, Organisational Development, HR, or equivalent (desired)
  2. Demonstrated experience in delivering best-practice leadership development, facilitation, and vendor management
  3. Expertise in adult learning principles, group dynamics, program evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration
  4. Advanced understanding of leadership capability-building approaches and the ability to connect learning solutions to business strategy
  5. Experience in Talent Management in complex organisations
