About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our tight-knit HR team as an in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist.

You will work alongside our experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists and have opportunities to take on direct management responsibilities with training to support your development.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with State Managers and Senior Leaders to forecast recruitment needs and close recruitment gaps
- Reporting on recruitment activity

Additionally, you may be interested in:

- Developing leadership skills
- Working with the People & Culture Manager on strategic recruitment initiatives and organisational Employer Branding
- Reviewing current recruitment practices, providing recommendations for improvement, and supporting the implementation of accepted recommended changes

About You:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in an in-house role within a growing organisation
- Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous but not essential
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Motivation to drive continuous improvement across all areas of the recruitment function
- A success-driven ethos with the motivation to achieve recruitment Key Performance Indicators
