Deputy Director CLCM Leadership Role

About the Role:

The Deputy Director of CLCM will provide support to the Director of CLCM in the management of all aspects of Program and Project execution, including Program and Project performance, quality, budgets, and schedule.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy and personal accountability for all CLCM outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and drive opportunities to transform and improve operational framework, and procedures in the CLCM Program
  • Pro-active client engagement and establishment of effective communication channels at all levels within client and key internal stakeholders
  • Manages overall CLCM performance ensuring successful delivery that enhances the perception of the KBR brand
  • Foster a positive work environment that is professional, dynamic and innovative
  • Ensures HSE leadership with proactive management of safety and business risks, and development and implementation of appropriate action plans in close coordination with HSE;
  • Develops and maintains effective communication with customers, KBR and other key stakeholders to foster strong and trusted relationships
  • Works collaboratively with relevant CoA and KBR stakeholders to ensure appropriate development of Contract Change Proposals (CCPs) and CLCM specific documents
  • Work collaboratively with People and Culture to develop KBR personnel, improve KBR culture and employee retention and engagement
  • Supports both CoA and KBR to conduct workforce planning to ensure maximum opportunity to term extensions or redeployment of staff if necessary;
  • Facilitates continuous business improvements and makes decisions that look beyond the current position
  • Supports bids and proposals as required;
  • Performs other reasonable duties as directed
