Key Responsibilities

As a Product Manager at Deputy, you will lead the end-to-end ownership of a product development team, focusing on simplifying shift work for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include determining and prioritizing improvements to product features, coordinating findings with the product team, and aligning them with business goals. Additionally, you will gather product data, including web analytics and consumer trends, and balance customer, engineering, and commercial requirements. You will also develop and execute a go-to-market plan for product features and train internal departments on new product features.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of product management experience
  • Strong product sense and ability to articulate and identify improvements to real-world products
  • Creative and analytical thinking, with the ability to listen, learn, and make meaningful insights from user data, competitors, and market trends
  • Passion and ownership to drive results and improve the customer experience
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience coding or tinkering with technology side projects
