About the Opportunity

The Deputy Director of CLCM will play a critical role in supporting the Director of CLCM in managing all aspects of Program and Project execution, including performance, quality, budgets, and schedule.

As a senior leader, you will work with a high degree of autonomy and personal accountability for all CLCM outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive operational framework and procedure improvements in the CLCM Program
  • Establish effective communication channels with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage overall CLCM performance to enhance the perception of the KBR brand
  • Foster a positive work environment that is professional, dynamic, and innovative
  • Ensure HSE leadership and risk management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, KBR, and other key stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with CoA and KBR stakeholders to develop Contract Change Proposals and CLCM documents
  • Contribute to workforce planning and staff development
  • Facilitate continuous business improvements and make informed decisions
  • Support bids and proposals as required

About You

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in program management, stakeholder engagement, and client relationship management.

Essential qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business/Project Management or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in a similar position
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, client relationship management, and communications management
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with key senior stakeholders in a Defence/Defence Industry environment
  • General business skills including financial reporting, contract management, and business performance
  • Results-oriented with project management or professional consulting experience
