About The Role

We are seeking an innovative and effective solutions provider, reporting to the Autonomy & Technology Leading Hand. In this role, you will work as part of a team to deliver pioneering technology and services.

  • Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining autonomous operating systems on our autonomous drills and semi-autonomous dozer fleet
  • Performing maintenance and repairs on base machines
  • Responding to autonomous and network equipment breakdowns on site
  • Monitoring, positioning, and maintaining communication trailers
  • Accessing technical information via manuals, OEM and computer systems
  • Working safely and in compliance with our safety health and management system
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Carrying out regular inspections to maximise equipment availability
About You

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • A trade qualification in heavy mobile plant, electrical, auto electrical or as a communication technician
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in mining maintenance
  • A collaborative approach and ability to work independently
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
  • A strong safety-first mindset and proven track record of compliance
  • Desirable experience with:
    • Autonomous haulage, drill or dozer systems
    • CAT terrain
    • Mine 4D
    • Repeater trailer systems
