Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivers outstanding customer service
  • Oversees site operations, including fuel, food, and convenience store areas
  • Monitors and controls stock, ordering, merchandising, and wastage

Ensures compliance with safety, security, and environmental standards and procedures. Manages staff rosters, recruitment, training, and performance. Handles volume cash and reconciliations, and supervises food management.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail or fuel station leadership
  • Strong people management and staff development skills
  • A passion and commitment to succeed
  • Outstanding communication across all levels
  • Ability to manoeuvre heavy objects (lift up to 18kgs)
