Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to manage the daily operations of our fuel and convenience outlet.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment, while driving team performance and maintaining high operational standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the site team to deliver outstanding customer service at all times
  • Oversee daily site operations, including fuel, food, and convenience store areas
  • Monitor and control stock, ordering, merchandising, and wastage
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and environmental standards and procedures
  • Manage staff rosters, recruitment, training, and performance
  • Volume cash handling and reconciliations
  • Food management supervision (including hygiene and food presentation)
  • Ensure the site is always clean, well-presented, and operating efficiently

What We Are Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a retail or fuel station leadership role, with strong people management and staff development skills.
