Job Description

The primary goal of this position is to oversee and manage conversion rate optimisation (CRO) operations. A significant aspect of this role involves collaborating with and communicating effectively to internal stakeholders and external partners, necessitating strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be a key contributor in enabling the company to hit its lead, revenue, and brand targets through continuous improvement of CRO.

- Conduct multivariate and A/B testing, analyse results, and provide recommendations for future tests
- Develop a thorough understanding of the digital customer journey and continuously strive to optimise and improve user flow
- Collaborate closely with various departments and partners to execute experiments, including UX, Digital, SEO, and web developers
- Manage and implement tagging with Google Tag Manager, assist with day-to-day tracking and optimisation of digital assets and campaigns
- Leverage new technologies to enhance conversion rates and project manage their implementation
- Improve internal techniques, processes, documentation, and quality assurance

**Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRO and improving metrics
  • Experience in both Agency and Client-side environments an advantage
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
  • Proven experience, 5 years in CRO
  • Experience in A/B and MVT testing
  • Ability to track correctly using Tag Manager, Analytics, and any third-party platforms
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
