Senior Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist

Lead and execute projects and conversion rate optimisation initiatives within the Digital Operations team, working closely with stakeholders to understand initiatives and meet commercial needs.
- Drive increase in conversion rate by optimising online sales channel, campaigns, and experiences.
- Develop and execute the experimentation and optimisation roadmap within your team; including personalisation, A/B testing and behavioural economics.
- Project manage the execution of digital projects, from planning, briefing and design to deployment and analysis. Communicate progress, risks, issues, and responses to the project stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the project.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand initiatives, business needs and priority, bringing them into your squad to deliver.
- Collaborate with a team of talented digital experts to develop and execute digital strategies that align with business objectives, using a data-driven approach to measure and optimise campaign performance.
