We are looking for a talented conversion rate specialist to assist in designing, executing and managing end-to-end optimisation programmes.
- Assist in designing and executing optimisation programmes including A/B and multivariate testing, user journey analysis and funnel optimisation.
- Help lead CX improvement initiatives ensuring seamless customer experiences across digital touchpoints.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, surveys, heatmaps and data analytics to inform actionable insights.
- Create comprehensive reports combining data storytelling with clear strategic direction.
- Manage client relationships effectively acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers developers and marketers to deliver measurable improvements.
- 1-2 years of experience in CRO CX or a related field with proven success in delivering optimisation programs.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology data analytics UX design or digital marketing highly regarded.
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools testing platforms and research platforms.
- Skill in research methodologies both qualitative and quantitative.
- Excellent client management and presentation skills.
