This is a full-time role as a Junior Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist at a digital agency based in Barangaroo, Sydney Australia.

They are on the hunt for a talented junior CRO Specialist to join their team.
About the Role
- You will assist in designing, executing, and managing CRO programs end-to-end, including A/B and multivariate testing, user journey analysis, and funnel optimisation.
- You will help lead and deliver CX improvement initiatives, ensuring seamless and engaging customer experiences across digital touchpoints.
- You will conduct and analyse qualitative and quantitative research, including usability testing, surveys, heatmaps, and data analytics, to inform actionable insights.
- You will create comprehensive reports and recommendations that combine data storytelling with clear strategic direction.
- You will manage client relationships effectively, acting as a trusted advisor for all optimisation and experience-related initiatives.
- You will collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketers to deliver measurable improvements in KPIs.
Requirements
- You will have 1-2 years in CRO, CX, or a related field, with proven success in delivering optimisation programs.
- You will have a Bachelor degree in psychology, data analytics, UX design, or digital marketing.
- You will have strong proficiency in analytics tools, testing platforms, and research platforms.
- You will have skill in research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
- You will have excellent client management and presentation skills.
