Our Growth Team
We're looking for a Digital Growth Specialist to drive growth through our website. This role will lead the performance, experience, and evolution of our site, ensuring it converts, reflects our brand, and adapts quickly to our go-to-market motion.
Your Role & Impact
You'll treat our website like a product, not a project. You'll sit at the centre of growth, storytelling, and decision-making, bringing the same care to site migrations as you do to campaign launches. You'll bridge internal teams and external partners, manage performance, protect our brand, and keep our site moving at the pace of the business.
- Lead the performance, experience, and evolution of our website, ensuring it meets our goals and adapts to changing market conditions.
- Run the website as a standalone product with a clear roadmap, prioritised backlog, and performance goals.
- Lead design decisions in partnership with our brand across structure, hierarchy, and mobile UX.
- Manage and brief agencies or freelancers with clear standards and fast timelines.
- Build fast-turn pages to support campaigns, events, or product launches alongside content and growth.
- Align internal stakeholders across marketing, product, and sales to ensure the site reflects what matters now.
What You'll Bring
- A strong background in digital, growth, or ecommerce marketing with at least 2 years owning a B2B site end to end.
- A working knowledge of CMS platforms like Webflow, plus basic analytics reporting.
- The ability to navigate Figma and collaborate with design partners.
- Experience managing freelancers or agencies with clear briefs and sharp feedback.
- Familiarity with tools like VWO or Google Optimize (or similar) to support light testing or collaborate on CRO.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
