Digital Growth Strategist

As a Digital Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for leading strategic planning and execution across all categories and brands. This role requires strong commercial acumen experience managing P&Ls and budgets, as well as a data-driven mindset with a passion for digital innovation and brand building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute eCommerce growth plans to optimize performance and growth.
- Analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and drive ROI through data-driven strategies.
- Collaborate with brand, sales, and category teams to deliver best-in-class online experiences.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and platform innovations to enhance our eCommerce presence.
Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with tertiary and postgraduate qualifications in eCommerce/Digital Marketing, Commerce, Marketing, Trade or Channel Marketing. A minimum of 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, eCommerce, sales, trade or channel marketing is required, preferably in the FMCG industry.
