
Digital Trade Growth Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading retail brand in Australia and take ownership of key categories on their business website.
You will be responsible for driving exceptional trade results through the creation and implementation of a customer-first plan, built on campaign planning, day-to-day optimization, turning insights into actions, and finding areas of opportunity across the company's websites.
- Lead and Inspire: Manage a team of eCommerce Specialists and drive sales growth while consistently exceeding sales and profit targets.
- Mentor and Develop: Provide regular feedback and mentorship, creating meaningful development plans to help your team thrive and sharpen their eCommerce skills.
- Strategize and Execute: Drive and implement our Trade & Campaign calendar with a customer-first approach. Ensure seamless go-live and post-launch activities to achieve category sales and profit goals.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Content, Marketing, Digital Marketing, and CRM teams to align strategies and maximize campaign impact.
- Ensure Excellence: Oversee post-launch staging and production testing, guaranteeing content accuracy, effective merchandising, flawless links, and impactful promotions.
- Be the Expert: Analyze competitor research, customer insights, and on-site behaviour analysis to stay ahead of trends.
- Set Priorities: Establish trade priorities for your categories, guiding the Content Team in planning and coordinating engaging website content.
- Drive Decisions with Data: Recommend and implement changes based on thorough data analysis and trade requirements.
Key Requirements:
• Strong experience in eCommerce within the retail sector, preferably within the fashion category.
• Excellent analytical and planning capabilities.
• Proven experience managing direct reports and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, drive category growth, and communicate a clear strategic vision.
• Proficient with website analytics tools—Google Analytics preferred—and skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experienced in presenting trade results to internal and external stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of D2C, B2B, D2C2B retail industries.
