Spearhead Global Ecommerce Growth

A leading Australian heritage brand seeks a visionary Ecommerce Strategist to spearhead global expansion, drive revenue growth, and deliver a market-leading digital presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to scale international markets.
  • Promote revenue growth through localisation, platform optimisation, and data-driven insights.
  • Oversight of global operations including logistics, technology, and customer experience.
  • Lead high-performing teams across ecommerce, fulfilment, and customer experience.
  • Collaboration with senior leadership to align ecommerce with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in growing a brand globally.
  • Over 10 years' experience in senior ecommerce leadership roles.
  • Strong background in strategy, operations, and commercial results.
  • Experience with global technology stacks (Shopify, ERP, POS, fulfilment systems).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and inspire teams.
