Disability Support Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to participate actively in their community and at home.

About You:

We seek passionate individuals who share our values and demonstrate:

  • A commitment to empowering clients and upholding quality and safety standards.
  • Effective communication skills and good English literacy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.

While experience in community services is desirable, we provide excellent training and support, including opportunities to work and study. A Certificate IV in Disability is also beneficial but not essential.
