Job Description:

The Advanced Disability Support Worker role at our organization is a vital position that plays a crucial part in supporting individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

This role requires a compassionate and empathetic individual who can work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality support services.

As an Advanced Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care and support to individuals with diverse needs and requirements.

You will work closely with colleagues, families, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced Diploma in Disability or equivalent qualification
  • Strong knowledge and application of Person-Centred Active Support principles
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassion, empathy, and understanding of people with disability
