We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team and provide high-quality care to clients with varying physical, intellectual, and mental health needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household duties
  • SUPPORTING clients to achieve their goals and live independently
  • Encouraging community participation, social engagement, and recreational activities
  • Monitoring wellbeing and reporting changes in behavior or health

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a Support Worker or Care Assistant role
  • A genuine passion for supporting others and promoting independence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of mental health, physical disabilities, and safeguarding
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs
  • First Aid Certification
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Current Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • National Police Check
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC)
