The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating staff rosters, ensuring seamless delivery of care across multiple locations. They will also maintain quality and compliance standards, conducting regular audits of care plans to guarantee accuracy.
In addition to these core responsibilities, the Team Leader will monitor staff training and compliance modules, staying up-to-date on the latest developments in their field.
