Job Title: Account Executive Enablement, Principal

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Everboarding leader to support Expansion focus. This role ensures that our Account Executives stay relevant and up-to-date with product innovation, selling skills, and current operational processes specific to key Expansion Areas.

  • This position involves acting as mini-CLO for programs and constituents focused on Expansion selling.
  • The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end ownership of enablement programming based on global and local needs.
  • They should be able to translate technical product releases, industry use cases, and company focus areas into consumable materials for Account Executives.
  • The selected candidate will deliver Point of View to stakeholders and drive collaboration on what enablement closes learning gaps in the field.
  • Experience in reaching Account Executive and Industry Specialist audiences and what content resonates with them is essential.
  • The successful candidate will serve as a consulting partner to local leaders and deliver localized programming.
  • Responsibilities include measuring & improving industry knowledge/skill gaps with innovative programming.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of related experience in sales, sales engineering, &/or technical product marketing, enablement, and/or enterprise software.
  • A BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience is required - an MBA is a plus.
  • Understanding of complex technical sales cycles, processes, and methodologies is essential.
  • Experience in learning design, measurement, enablement tooling, gamification, and program management across multiple stakeholders is necessary.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and produce quality deliverables is crucial.
