Senior Business Strategist Position

We are seeking an experienced business professional to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business development strategies, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and execute plans to penetrate new markets or expand existing ones.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess market trends.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management
  • Identify opportunities for client connections to generate business leads.
  • Maintain client satisfaction and alignment with organisational goals through regular communication.
Collaboration and Leadership
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop integrated approaches to business growth.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members on business development initiatives.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Track and analyse performance of business development initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in business development and marketing, with at least 2 years of senior level experience.
  • Experience working in a professional services environment is highly desirable.
