Talent Acquisition Business Partner

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future by identifying and developing top talent across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to guide them through the recruitment process, ensuring timely requisition approval and job description development
  • Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent, leveraging creative networking sources, job boards, applicant databases, and digital media platforms
  • Screen, interview, and recommend candidates for open positions, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of responsibilities, compensation, training, schedule requirements, benefits, and career opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting, utilizing recruitment software to drive data-driven insights and inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate and agency environments
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously
