We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage daily activities related to customer accounts, including pre-invoicing checks, resolving revenue and invoicing issues, and timely invoicing submissions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have previous experience in a similar role within the transport, logistics, or supply chain industry.

Job Description
  • Pre-invoice checks for weekly and monthly customers
  • Resolve general revenue and/or invoicing issues
  • Timely invoicing submission to customers in their preferred format
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers for timely receiving POs
  • Resolve customer queries
  • Receive and recharge all third-party invoices in a timely and accurate manner as assigned
  • Learn and understand client rate cards and navigation of rates configurator
  • Accounts Reconciliation for invoicing customers
  • Aid in managing a shared inbox (attend to queries)
  • Liaise internal queries with Branches for invoicing/supporting information
Requirements
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programs
  • Willingsness to learn and progress
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Transport, Logistics and/or Supply Chain experience
