Job Description

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage all aspects of corporate accounts, build strong relationships with clients, and develop custom uniform items tailored to client needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for corporate accounts, providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Bespoke Uniform Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific branding and uniform needs, working closely with the product design team to develop custom uniform items that align with client specifications and brand image.
  • Account Management and Coordination: Oversee the lifecycle of corporate accounts from onboarding to continuous support and follow-ups, monitoring order fulfillment and working with logistics and production teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in account management, a strong customer service focus, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite is highly regarded, while experience with Netsuite and Shopify is also beneficial.
