Our workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions enable individuals and organisations to achieve their goals. This involves assisting people to return to meaningful occupation engagement, evaluating treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses, and identifying future employment or training options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications and interests.

The role includes performing various assessments depending on the area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments, and case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward return to work objectives.

Key stakeholders will be engaged, and strong relationships built to facilitate business success. The ideal candidate will have professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, a current Working with Children Check, and willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
