National Partnerships and Development Coordinator

Country Needs People (CNP) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to protecting and preserving the natural environment through Indigenous land and sea management. We are seeking an experienced Fundraising and Development Coordinator to play a key role in delivering our purpose by securing funding for our vital work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the CEO in managing relationships with philanthropic and major donors
• Ensure CNP meets reporting obligations to foundations and donors
• Develop and implement individual engagement plans for donors
• Research prospective funders and raise CNP's profile within philanthropy
• Coordinate funder meetings and events
Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with excellent people and organisational skills. The ideal candidate:
• Has a strong understanding of philanthropy and fundraising
• Is passionate about Indigenous land and sea management
• Has excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
