At Leidos, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Development Specialist to join our team.

Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity to support a multi-year program to the Australian Defence Force as a Relationship Manager/Process Analyst.

The role primarily focuses on building strong relationships with customers, mapping out their processes and providing expert guidance to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and document user problems, needs, and/or enhancement opportunities.
  • Capture and model current and planned business processes.
  • Conduct user liaison for ICT activities including software development.
  • Coordinate and manage engagements with relevant stakeholders, including support teams, end users, and other involved in business analyst activities.
  • Provide feedback on areas for improvement within existing business processes, and support Organisational Change Management.
  • Contribute to, improve, and enable delivery and escalation processes.
  • Support Change Management activities and the transition of solutions into production and operational use.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous military knowledge or ADF working experience is essential.
  • Requires expert knowledge of and ability to apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts.
  • Organisational Change Management experience and ability to bring the customer along the change management journey.
  • Business Process Mapping Experience and Understanding.
  • Strong presentation, engagement, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve deliverables and positive outcomes.
  • Proven strong collaboration skills and an ability to work proactively with technical staff, management, end users, and other stakeholders to ensure that value is delivered to end users in a timely manner.

Education and Qualifications

Australian Citizen with an NV2 or higher Security Clearance.
