Salary Package

This Senior Manager 1 (Specialist) position offers a competitive salary package plus 17% superannuation, reflecting the university's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.

Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our IP & Commercialisation team within RPT. The successful candidate will work closely with academic and professional staff to develop and implement commercial strategies, focusing on the translation of research outputs and intellectual property into tangible benefits for society. Experience in life sciences and start-up entities is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and market ANU research outputs and intellectual property to external partners;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry, government, and other end-user stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with academic staff to build and develop industry, government, and other end-user partnerships;
  • Contribute to the development of strategic objectives and priorities aligned with institutional targets.
