As an integral part of the Overseas Partnerships Program, this role will play a crucial part in supporting the effective implementation of the program.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the Overseas Partnerships Program Director and Facilitator, ensuring the smooth operation of the program.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of local conferences, regional and central councils, and state/territory Overseas Partnerships Committees, including their overseas development work.
- Ensuring timely and accurate communication with stakeholders, including initiating and responding to emails and phone calls.
